Process

  • Our journey begins with a detailed conversation where you share your wishes, inspirations, and wedding vision. This step helps me understand your personal story and style, so I can create stationery that truly reflects you as a couple.

  • Using your ideas as a foundation, I develop an initial concept that translates your vision into colors, motifs, and moods.

  • You receive the first draft and have the opportunity to share your thoughts in one feedback round. This ensures the design is fine-tuned to your preferences and feels perfectly aligned with your celebration.

  • With your feedback, I will paint the elements, design patterns if necessary and layout them into the final design. Every detail – from brushstroke to typography – is carefully balanced to create stationery that is both elegant and personal.

  • You can choose between two delivery options: digital files prepared for self-printing or beautifully finished products printed on high-quality paper and delivered directly to you. Both options ensure that your stationery is ready to add a special touch to your wedding day.

  • Once you book, we will have a quick call where we will talk about your celebration and afterwards you will fill out a form where you can provide names, dates, colors, theme inspiration, and reference images.

  • Rush projects may be possible depending on availability. Please contact us directly to discuss expedited timelines and fees.

  • All digital files are delivered via a secure download link. You will receive print-ready PDFs and JPEGs for both digital and printed use.

  • Yes, we include guidelines for paper types, sizing, and printing recommendations to ensure your suite looks perfect when printed.

  • We recommend ordering 3–6 months in advance of your event, especially for detailed suites, to allow time for illustration, customization, and printing.

  • The price of designing your bespoke stationery is very individual and depends on the scale of each project. However you find approximate prices in each of the Palmartprints packages. Starting prices indicate an elegant option with fewer details, prices may rise if you wish a more detailed option with many hand-painted watercolor elements.
